Since 2014, I’ve been coaching clients to become stronger, more confident, and more connected to their health and body. I started as a personal trainer in San Diego, but over time, I realized real transformation goes way deeper than just workouts. It’s about full-body wellness, mind, body, and nutrition working together in harmony.
My approach is built on purpose, positivity, and personalization. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back on track, I’ll meet you exactly where you are blending strength training, recovery, and real-world accountability to help you feel better, move better, and live better.
As a former team captain in water polo and swimming, I bring the same fire, focus, and leadership to my coaching today. I’m here to push you, support you, and remind you of what you’re capable of.

Change doesn’t happen overnight and it’s rarely a straight line. Some days, you’ll give it your all and still feel stuck. I’ve been there too.
I remember stepping on the scale, seeing it go up, and feeling defeated. Everything shifted when I signed up for my first Ironman 70.3 while still overweight. It terrified me… and that’s what made it powerful.
That big, scary goal gave me purpose. It forced me to show up, stay consistent, and stop making excuses because I refused to let myself down.
You don’t need to race an Ironman to change your life. But you do need a goal that excites you, challenges you, and gets you out of bed on the hard days.

I've been on Jeff's program a couple of times and everytime i have seen results. Jeff makes the workouts specifically for you and what you are trying to accomplish. He is awesome when it comes to things that need to be adjusted to fit your schedule. As for the diet portion, he asks you for what you want within your diet. For example: I love coffee and he made it work where I could still have my coffee and still achieve results. All the workouts Jeff puts into your workout plan has a video to go along with it to explain what the workout is and how to perform it.

Before starting nutrition with Jeff, I was working out with F45 but not really seeing any results as far as weight loss. I knew it was because of diet, but I didn’t know where to begin. Jeff really helped me with the proper tools to begin my nutrition journey. He helps you by formulating a plan that you want to accomplish. I wanted to gain more muscle and lose body fat so he set an ideal plan for more proteins and plant-based foods. I would not call this a diet plan because it really did change the way I eat today. It wasn’t some “fad” diet because it was life alternating. I didn’t have to eliminate all my favorite foods, just eat in moderation. I went from 160 pounds to 135 pounds at the end with true muscle gain. I have never felt true energy! I truly enjoyed working with Jeff and he gives you the best advice and is always there for you.
